4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee 99.99% Node Uptime for our enterprise tier, Shivohm Digiverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen critical failures outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our architectural deployments after changes constitute your consent.
