Timelines and SLA parameters are defined strictly within client-specific deployment contracts.

You agree not to use our infrastructure for unauthorized data routing, malicious attacks, reverse engineering, or hosting prohibited content.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee 99.99% Node Uptime for our enterprise tier, Shivohm Digiverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen critical failures outside our control.
